The Opportunity
UPA is seeking a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Holbrook Village Hostel in the Riverina Murray Region.
In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents while working within a supportive and collaborative team environment. You will play an important role in promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for older members of the community.
Holbrook Village Hostel is a welcoming aged care home located in Holbrook, supported by an experienced leadership team and strong corporate support network.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- A passion for delivering person-centred care
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with residents living with dementia, or a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster

Pre-Employment Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Provide evidence of vaccinations in line with UPA’s Immunisation and Vaccination Policy, including COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccinations
- Undertake a National Criminal History Check
- Complete a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
