What this role looks like:
- Working between a busy inbound contact centre and front counter to process customer transactions and resolve enquiries.
- Assist with development applications, customer bookings, training, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain systems and procedures, including development tracking and NAR (name & address register).
What are we seeking in our new team member:
- Positive and engaged individual with an interest in development and planning matters.
- Holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration with over three years of related experience.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and customer service skills.
