The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis at Yeoval Hostel in our Western Region.
Yeoval Hostel is a 21-bed aged care home located in the rural township of Yeoval, conveniently situated between Orange and Dubbo. The home provides exceptional care to members of the local community and is supported by a strong, engaged leadership and corporate services team.

About the Role
In this casual position, you will:

Deliver and evaluate individualised nursing care in accordance with best practice and Aged Care Quality Standards

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise resident outcomes
-
Monitor clinical care plans and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
-
Provide leadership and support to care staff in delivering daily care activities
-
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, guidelines, and internal procedures
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Full and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
-
Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
-
An affinity for working with older people, including residents living with dementia
-
Excellent communication, clinical problem-solving and team skills
-
A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach
-
Open to recent nursing graduates
-
Availability to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and weekends
