This role will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your skills in Compliance to drive and manage a multi-disciplinary team of Rangers, Environmental Health and Building Officers.

What You’ll Be Working On
This is an ideal opportunity for someone to lead a team of professionals at Mosman ensuring relevant legislation, policies and procedures are adhered to.
You will exercise relevant authority and lead decision making in a professional manner pursuant to position delegations.
You will also have the opportunity to drive operational business improvements in the team whilst liaising with other business units.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Building Control, Environmental Health or related industry.
You will have demonstrated experience and competent knowledge in control and management of building and environmental health; compliance with development consents pursuant to legislation; and activities that protect the amenity, safety and convenience of the community.
You will also hold a current Building Professional Board A1 certification.
This position is subject to a National Police Check undertaken by Council.
