Position Overview
As the Team Leader for Civil Maintenance, you will be the driving force behind our maintenance operations, leading a talented team in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Your leadership will set the tone for a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation. You will work closely with your team to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures while striving for excellence in customer service.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced leader who is ready to embrace the challenges of this role and inspire their team to achieve greatness.
- Essential: Certificate III in Civil Construction (or equivalent) with previous experience leading a civil works team or significant experience in a leadership role.
- Hold a valid Class C Driver’s Licence and WHS Induction Card (Whitecard).
- Proven track record in planning and executing workloads, both for yourself and your team.
- Skilled in using mobile technology and IT applications to enhance productivity.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
Desirable qualifications include a Certificate IV in Civil Construction, First Aid Certificate, and experience with survey instruments. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to challenge yourself, we want to hear from you!

- Package: From $78.7171 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Full-time permanent position - 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight
