JOB DETAILS : 1x Permanent Full Time 36 hours 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday) Salary: $79,919.75 - $87,567.89 plus 12% Super
JOB DESCRIPTION
Liverpool City Council is experiencing major growth and with this team leader position you will be part of a proactive team, providing a high level of service for the community of Liverpool in the construction and maintenance of major infrastructure.
The position will involve the supervising and working in teams from two to six members carrying out the day-to-day operations as directed by the Coordinator of Maintenance Delivery. Work will include concreting, asphalt and or drainage associated works along with general civil maintenance of footpaths roads and reserves. Desirable experience in the operation of excavator, loader and skid steer would be an advantage.
ABOUT YOU
Our desired candidate will possess the following:
- Experience in the construction and maintenance of footpaths, kerb & gutters, concrete slab construction and drainage infrastructure,
- The ability to assess safety situations and take appropriate action.
- As a minimum a HR license is essential with experience in operating and maintaining plant / equipment associated with civil construction, also minimum blue traffic controller’s ticket required.

The salary (within the above-mentioned range) will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience, and competencies of the successful applicant.
