The Director Corporate and Community Services is a key executive role at Narrabri Shire Council. As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will guide an expansive portfolio that includes:

You will lead initiatives that strengthen our long-term financial position, lift the quality of customer experience, embrace digital innovation, and deliver engaging cultural and recreational opportunities. Importantly, you will help bring to life major projects such as the Tourism Hub and Aquatic Masterplan, ensuring they deliver genuine benefit for our community.
Success in this role will require strategic financial acumen, political awareness, and proven experience leading diverse teams.
A sound understanding of the legislative, social and political frameworks in which NSW local government operates is critical.
