What this role looks like:
• Program, manage and coordinate the delivery of projects.
• Prepare project specifications and contract documents.
• Administer contracts and oversee the tendering and contract administration of projects.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and consultants.
• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies in accordance with WHS legislation.
• Provide regular program updates for works program projects.
• Manage project finances including review and approval of invoice claims.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Additional qualifications in project management, highly regarded.
• An awareness of tendering and procurement, WHS, security of payments, legislation, contract administration of benefit.
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Project & Excel and preferably drafting or rendering software.
• Demonstrated financial, contract, project and time management skills
• White Card - General Construction Induction
• Drivers Licence (Class C) – NSW
