The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Rathgar Lodge in Ulmarra.
Set in a beautiful, peaceful location, this is a great opportunity to work within a close-knit team where your contribution truly makes a difference.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care
- Support residents to live meaningful, independent lives
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to care staff
- Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment
- Work closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team on clinical priorities and projects
About You
You are passionate about care and committed to making a positive impact every day.
You’ll bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
- At least 12 months’ post-registration experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise, problem-solve and make sound clinical decisions
- A collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork
Desirable:
- Experience in residential aged care
- Familiarity with systems such as LeeCare or Medsig
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
