The Shire has a fantastic opportunity to join its Engineering team on a full-time basis. If successful, you would have the potential to start immediately.
The Development Engineer role is responsible for contributing to the strategic objectives and daily operations of the Subdivisions Team. You will primarily review and manage subdivision and development applications in collaboration with and provide timely professional engineering advice to internal and external stakeholders.
Other major responsibilities will include undertaking regular site supervision of works to ensure compliance with relevant policies, guidelines and specifications as well as maintaining a working knowledge of design, construction, operation and maintenance principles for Local Government infrastructure, facilities and services.
If you have a tertiary qualifications in civil engineering and a minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering design, construction and management of subdivison works, we want to hear from you. This role also requires a comprehensive understanding of urban water management design principles, Acts, local laws and policies.

An attractive salary of up to $107,000.00 per annum is on offer dependent on experience. You will also receive a vehicle allowance.
