We are seeking a caring and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at Myoora Homestead, our welcoming residential aged care home in Henty, NSW. In this role, you'll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care that enhances the lives of our residents every day.

About Myoora Homestead
Myoora Homestead is a welcoming residential aged care home located in Henty, providing exceptional care in a warm, community-focused environment. You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team that is committed to your professional development and success.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
-
A passion for delivering person-centred care
-
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
-
Experience working with residents living with dementia, or a willingness to develop your skills in this area
-
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster
New graduate Registered Nurses are encouraged to apply.
