The Package: $1,220.46 - $1,348.64 gross per week + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 5 of the QPRC Salary System 2025).

In this role you will:
- Supervise guests to ensure they enjoy the facilities safely, while staying alert to provide emergency assistance when required.
- Help keep the facilities clean and well presented, creating a welcoming space for everyone.
- Deliver quality customer service and offer helpful advice to enhance each guest's experience.
- Ensure safe and clean water by conducting daily chemical filtration and plant operation equipment testing.
We are looking for someone who:
- Previous work experience in a similar role and/or environment.
- Has obtained their Royal Life Saving Pool Lifeguard Certificate, Advanced First Aid Certificate and current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and care.
- Great time management skills, to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
