The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an analytical individual who is responsible for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at Bega Valley Shire Council and will provide staff training and tier-2 Help Desk support to users of the system.
As a Business Systems Officer, you will project lead for ERP system upgrades and implementations along with user security permissions maintenance within the ERP. You will identify, manage, and build relationships with key ERP stakeholders, both internal and external and provide support to deliver any IT Operational Plans and tasks as required.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds a diploma level qualification or higher in computer studies or another relevant field and has knowledge of relational databases and client/server environments.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Proficient with SQL Server
- Familiar with Spiceworks help desk
- A demonstrated quality and results driven approach
- A demonstrated customer and company focused attitude
Benefits
This is a fixed term, full time position working 35 hours per week for a period of twelve (12) months.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $95,484.48 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1,639.50 per week base salary
- $196.74 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%)
