A fantastic opportunity will soon be available for an Administration Officer to join our Building Services team at the City of Kwinana. Reporting to the Manager Building Services, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Building Services Team; providing information, support and advice to customers and stakeholders.

What You'll Need
- Business Administration qualifications and/or considerable experience working in providing broad based administration duties with sound knowledge of financial reconciliation processes and computer systems.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide professional advice to all enquiries and support the operations of the business area.
- Attention to detail to accurately input data, identify errors and update registers accordingly.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues with a high level of tact and discretion and sound judgement.
- Well-developed skills in Microsoft Office.
- Well-developed skills and knowledge in pdf manipulation and software use
- Good teamwork, organisational and time management skills.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and initiative to prioritise workloads.
- Desirable experience in Local Government Building or Planning Departments
- Desirable knowledge of the Building Act.
- Desirable knowledge of Tech One operating system.
