An exciting opportunity exists to join our Revenue & Expenditure team as a Finance Officer. In this position, you will be performing activities relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions on a rotation basis.

The role of Finance Officer includes:
• Perform accounts payable activities – maintain records, invoice/payments, reconciling supplier statements
• Prepare daily banking, receipt and reconcile cheques and deposits
• Perform accounts receivable activities – invoice and maintain/reconcile accounts, debt collection
• Perform payroll activities – upload/process data, file update, maintain, reconcile and report
• Respond to/follow up on payroll, accounts payable/debtor enquiries and file/maintain documentation
• Maintain petty cash float, cash handling and transfer of electronic funds
• Assist in the preparation of daily bank reconciliations.
What we are seeking in our new team member:
1. Degree in Accounting
2. CPA qualified or currently undertaking CPA studies
3. High attention to detail and accuracy and a team player
4. Extensive experience with the use of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
5. Sound knowledge of accounting, payroll and debt recovery principles and practices
6. High attention to detail and accuracy and a team player
7. Competent written and oral communication and strong customer service skills
