What is a School-based Traineeship?
A School-based Traineeships allow students to combine their schooling with part-time on-the-job training and formal study to achieve a Nationally Recognised Qualification.
This type of learning is a great way to get your career off to a head start while remaining at school and be well under way to getting a qualification before you have finished Year 12.
Applicants starting year 11 in 2026, speak to your career's advisor for more information about how this will work with your schooling.
This school-based traineeship is for 1 day per week for two (2) years.
