Community Development Officer
The Shire of Three Springs is seeking a motivated and community-focused individual to join our team as the Community Development Officer.
If you enjoy working with people, building positive relationships and contributing to the growth of a small regional community, this role may be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for someone who is organised, confident in communication, able to manage projects and events, and willing to take initiative in a varied and rewarding position.
The Community Development Officer coordinates community programs and events, supports local clubs and groups, manages grants, assists with marketing and tourism promotion, and provides leadership to the Tourism & Events Officer. While experience in community development, events or local government is beneficial, it is not essential for the right applicant with strong transferable skills and a positive attitude.

Employment conditions are in accordance with the Local Government Officer’s (Western Australia) Award 2021, with a total remuneration package of up to $133,075, depending on experience and qualifications.
