About the roleBathurst Regional Council is seeking a Waste Collection Officer to operate Waste Collection Vehicles and support essential waste collection services across the Bathurst region.
This is a hands-on role involving operating waste collection vehicles, assisting with daily runs, and helping keep the community clean and safe.
You’ll be part of a supportive team, work to a clear schedule, and have the opportunity to build stable, long-term employment in local government while making a real difference in your community.

Essential Criteria• Current HR Driver's Licence
• Demonstrated basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge
• Proven experience in operating tipping trucks
• Proven experience in the operation of lifting equipment
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook

Want To Know More?Salary:$1,075.30 – $1,129.81 + 12% superannuation Allowance of $50.43 per week.
Position Status:Permanent – Full-time
Hours of work:38 hours per week - RDO every three weeks
