About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration and Rostering Coordinator to join our Dubbo team. You will be responsible for developing and managing staff rosters, ensuring the facility is appropriately staffed, and providing essential administrative support to the Facility Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain effective staff rosters, ensuring coverage, compliance, and efficiency.

Use rostering systems such as Human force to manage shifts, leave, and replacements.

Liaise with staff, management, and external agencies regarding rostering and scheduling.

Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager.

Assist with audits, staff communications, and operational reporting.
About You
You are highly organised, take pride in precise rostering, and can manage multiple priorities. You enjoy being the go-to person for staff and management in a busy, people-focused environment.
Essential Criteria

Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or personal assistant roles.

Proven rostering experience, ideally with systems such as Human force.

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Professional, approachable, and detail oriented.
