This position is classified as a PACS Band 5 ($78,485.24 - $85,493.70 per annum pro rata) under the City of Kwinana’s structured remuneration system.

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a motivated and community minded Community Facilities Officer to join the City of Kwinana.
This part time position will report to the Community Facilities Team leader and will be responsible for overseeing the day to day use of community facilities, delivering a place approach to the management of facilities, and the customer support system to guide hirers through required application processes from start to finish with a focus on building continued customer relations to help hirers and ensure the facilities have appropriate soft furnishing and equipment for hirer use.
This position operates on a rotating fortnightly roster:
Week 1 Thursday and Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Week 2 Tuesday, 8:30am to 3:15pm, plus Thursday and Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

What You Will Need
- Experience in a similiar role.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately collect data.
- Ability to engage in meaningful conversations to determine customer needs.
- Well-developed organisational skills and initiative to prioritise workload and deliver timely services.
- Ability to provide the highest quality of customer service.
- Experience resolving customer situations in an often ambiguous, evolving and complex situations.
- Hold a current Driver’s Licence, Police Clearance and First Aid Certificate.
- Available to work after hours and weekends as rostered and/or required.
