While a solid technical background is essential, it's equally important to be patient with those who find technology challenging and to be dedicated to bridging the digital divide in our community.
The Graduate Library Technology Officer is responsible for:
- Providing library technology support and advice to Central Northern Regional Libraries branches and Council Library staff
- Identifying new technologies and digital opportunities that benefit libraries in service delivery and programming.
- Assisting with the project management and implementation of new technologies and technology concepts.
- Training staff and clients in use of new technologies
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
- Degree in Information Technology or similar
- Driver Licence
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Salary range: Grade 12 - $75,038.00 - $81,195.08 per annum plus superannuation for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
