About the role
As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our Development & Regulation Department to deliver efficient and effective services related to development applications, compliance and regulatory activities.
Reporting to the Administration Systems Coordinator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Development and Regulation Department
- Manage incoming correspondence, applications, and records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain schedules
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and customer service enquiries
- Support compliance activities by maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Required experience & skills:
- Administration qualifications or previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with record management systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
