About the Opportunities:
These positions will provide accurate first-point assistance and resolves enquiries for internal and external customers in a one-stop service environment across the Madden Avenue and Deakin Avenue Service/Call Centres.
What you will bringIdeally the successful applicant will have the following:
- Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to relate to a wide range of people varying in ages, abilities and backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions and processes.
- Demonstrated computer skills and experience working with different software and computer programs.
- Experience in cash handling
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team and handle busy situations with patience and professionalism.
- Effective time management practices and organised work habits.
- Attention to detail
- Warm and enthusiastic communication style and a positive attitude
Salary and Conditions
- Full Time Salary: Band 4 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement, ranging from $70,611 to $75,498 per annum ($35.7345 per hour) plus statutory superannuation
- Casual Salary: Band 4 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement, $44.6681 per hour plus statutory superannuation
