With a newly appointed General Manager, we are seeking
appoint a dynamic, motivated person to join us as our first Continuous
Improvement Coordinator to help us transform the way we work.

About the role
This new position will be responsible for driving a culture
of innovation and continuous improvement across all areas of Council to inspire
operational excellence. The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will need to be
influential and work collaboratively with others to embed business improvement
across the organisation by driving transformation projects, enhancing corporate
performance, efficiencies, and supporting a culture that seeks to deliver
meaningful improvements to the processes and services which support our
community. The role will also be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive
service review program for Council.
About you
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary
qualification in Business Administration, Management, Public
Administration or related field
- Demonstrated
experience in leading business improvement projects within local
government and/or non-local government settings
- Exceptional
communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to
engage staff at all levels
- Significant
experience coordinating and delivering cross-functional transformation
projects in a dynamic work environment
- Capacity
to build positive working relationships that enable effective change
management

Salary range:
Your
skills will be recognised with a salary package of up to $124,000
(including super) dependent on skills, qualifications and relevant
experience.
