About the role
This position is a permanent part time role in the Children’s Services team, based at Narooma Out of School Hours (OOSH) Centre at Narooma Public School. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and caring OOSH service, developing educational programs, preparing reports and Quality Improvement Plans, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
The starting salary for this position is $35.85 per hour plus 12% superannuation.

About you
As an OOSH Educational Leader you will be an enthusiastic leader who is passionate and committed to educating and nurturing children from all communities, teaching respect, resilience and confidence. Your application should further demonstrate:
- Team leadership skills and experience.
- Experience documenting and maintaining records.
- Well-developed communication skills (oral and written).
- Hold a Supervisor Certificate or meet minimum requirements to gain certification.
- Knowledge of the Law, Regulations and Standards for Education and Care Services.
