- Leader and administer day-to-day operations of Councils Information Technology Infrastructure
- Oversee daily IT operations across cloud, on-premised infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity
- Provide senior-level escalation across infrastructure and platform services
- Drive innovation across cloud, cyber security, networking and enterprise platforms

The Leader, Technology Infrastructure is responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of Council’s Level 3 IT Infrastructure team
- Overseeing enterprise infrastructure across Azure cloud, on-premise systems, networking and cybersecurity platforms
- Providing senior-level escalation support for infrastructure and platform services
- Managing technology projects, vendors, contracts and service delivery outcomes
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and ITIL-aligned service management practices
- Supporting critical business systems including servers, storage, communications, cloud and cyber platforms
- Developing and mentoring staff to achieve high performance and service excellence
- Managing backup, disaster recovery and technology asset lifecycle processes
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
- Degree qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent relevant experience
- NSW Driver Licence
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing technical teams in a complex ICT environment
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and Exchange
- Experience supporting both cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and infrastructure architecture
- Proven stakeholder engagement, project management and customer service skills

Salary range: Grade 18 - $105,077.21 - $113,72.33 per annum plus 12% superannuation for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
