We're inviting expressions of interest for a temporary opportunity within the People and Culture Branch as the Senior Advisor for Diversity and Inclusion. This secondment offers a chance to develop your experience in a different position within the organisation, offering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Are you passionate about driving organisational change and ensuring gender equality objectives are embedded into business practice and continuously improved?
Are you an experienced practitioner who has worked directly in the prevention of gender-based violence or similar field?
Are you experienced in project management, organisational development and able to influence others towards cultural change?
If so, then this temporary role may be for you! Reporting to the Manager People and Culture, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to lead the implementation of the Gender Equality Action Plan 2026-30 on a temporary basis.
The key responsibilities include:
- Implementing actions in Yarra's Gender Equality Action Plan 2026-30.
- Responding to employee diversity and inclusion enquiries.
- Supporting other workforce DEI activities of the Diversity and Inclusion unit as required.
