SALARY: $110,000 - $140,000 + Super
Work Type: Temporary Full Time for up to 12 months

Camden Council is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our high performing team as a Workforce Strategy Project Manager.
Reporting directly to the Head of Employee Experience, this pivotal role will help shape Council's future workforce by leading strategic workforce and organisational transformation initiatives.
You will lead the delivery of priorities outlined in Council's Workforce Management Strategy, managing projects end to end from planning through to implementation and evaluation. Using workforce data and insights, you will help design evidence-based, future focused solutions that strengthen organisational capability, workforce sustainability, and risk mitigation.
The successful applicant will bring a strong track record of delivering strategic workforce, organisational development, or transformation initiatives within a large or complex environment. You will also demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and change management capability, with the ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Essential:
- Demonstrated experience delivering strategic workforce, organisational development or transformation initiatives within a large or complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, project plans and measurable organisational outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to use workforce data, analysis or insights to inform planning, prioritisation and decision‑making.
- Proven experience working with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to shape and deliver agreed initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including providing direction, guidance and support to staff or project teams delivering workforce, transformation or improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated change management capability, including stakeholder engagement, communication and supporting adoption of new ways of working.
- Well‑developed communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and practically.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in workforce planning, organisational development, human resources, project or change management, or a related field.
