What this role looks like:
- Undertaking data management activities to ensure data is appropriate to provide the foundation of Council's reporting requirements.
- Analyse requirements and implement improvement strategies to Council’s Asset Management System.
- Undertake detailed processes required for capitalisation, revaluation, and reporting of all asset classes in preparation for year-end Financial Audit.
- Program, manage and coordinate the delivery of various asset management projects
What are we seeking in our new team member:
- Bachelor’s Degree in or equivalent in Engineering, Asset Management or Project Management.
- Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
- Expertise in developing and improving Asset Management techniques and systems.
- Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Asset Management Standards.
- Extensive understanding of data integration, management and reporting processes between Asset Management, Finance, Data Management and Geographical Information Systems.
