About the role
The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking three motivated and experienced Senior Lifeguards to join the Goldfields Oasis team in part-time roles. These positions
provide on-shift leadership to support safe, compliant and high-quality aquatic operations, ensuring the safety of all patrons in line with Royal Life Saving and WA
Health guidelines.
Reporting to the Senior Officer Aquatics, you will supervise lifeguard teams, respond to emergencies, maintain strong pool surveillance standards, and contribute to
daily operations. You will also support staff development and foster a positive team culture.
We are looking for the right candidates with sound judgement, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to safety and customer service. Relevant
lifeguard, first aid and CPR qualifications are essential.
