Join our Works & Infrastructure team in one of our Team Leader opportunities.
Leading either our road maintenance and construction crews or our bitumen sealing team, you'll play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure projects that support our community. Working closely with staff, contractors and customers, you'll coordinate resources, manage projects and contracts, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Based at the Red Cliffs Depot, these positions offer the opportunity to lead experienced teams and make a tangible impact across the region.
Team Leader Bitumen Services
Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of the bitumen sealing team, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to Council's required quality standards. The role also manages contract documentation and administration, coordinates resources, and acts as the primary liaison between Council and customers regarding bituminous sealing works.

Team Leader Northern Construction
This role is responsible for leading road maintenance and construction operations, including the planning and delivery of projects, supervision of work teams, coordination of resources and contractors, and management of project budgets. The position works closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure the safe, efficient and effective delivery of Council's infrastructure programs.
