Who are we?

Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.

What will you do? / How will you help?

You’ll analyse trends, forecast workload demand, and provide data-driven insights that help optimise staffing levels and service outcomes.

Building and maintaining workforce forecasts using data and modelling techniques
Analysing trends and providing actionable insights to improve performance
Supporting rostering, capacity planning and real-time activities to boost productivity and manage costs
Recommending improvements to planning processes, systems, and reporting
Collaborating with stakeholders to align workforce plans with business priorities
Contributing to process improvement and strategic workforce planning initiatives

What do you need? /What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, confident, and collaborative — with a genuine interest in optimising how teams work.

You’ll bring:

4 + years experience in workforce management or planning in a contact centre environment
Advanced Excel skills (essential)
Experience with WFM platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Verint, Aspect, Calabrio or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
A flexible, proactive, holistic and data-driven mindset

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in banking, finance, utilities, government, or IT industries
Workforce Management certification or equivalent
