About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you'll be part of a national team responsible for frontline communication with clients, helping manage biosecurity and imported food inspections.
You'll handle phone and email enquiries, process bookings, and support regulatory compliance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to client enquiries via phone and email with accurate, timely advice
- Booking inspection appointments and managing scheduling workflows
- Providing support for inspection and regulatory processes
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and other government agencies
- Monitoring compliance and promoting integrity and safety standards
- Escalating emerging risks and contributing to intelligence and trend reporting
- Using departmental systems confidently and accurately
Benefits:
- This is a Non-ongoing assignment for an initial 12 months with a competitive pay rate of between $77,728 and $84,619 per annum dependent on experience. 15.4% superannuation is in addition to this. providing you with financial stability and recognition for your expertise.
