Key Responsibilities:
* Stock Allocation & Replenishment: Effectively manage inventory movement using high reach forklifts and RF scanners to ensure stock is accurately allocated and replenished within the warehouse.
* Order Management: Oversee bulk picking and labelling processes, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched in a timely manner.
* Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise stock levels through systematic tracking and warehouse management systems, reducing discrepancies and improving efficiency.
* Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with team members across different warehouse sections to streamline operations and improve inventory control processes.
* Compliance & Safety: Adhere to health and safety standards while handling stock, ensuring workplace safety protocols are upheld.
* Warehouse Optimisation: Utilise technology and best practices to enhance inventory flow, minimising stock shortages and improving order fulfilment rates.
Skills and Requirements:
* High Reach Forklift Experience: Experience operating is advantageous but not necessary for all positions
* Availability: 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday with possibility to complete OT
* RF Scanner Knowledge: Beneficial but not essential
* Team-Orientated: We value collaboration and teamwork in accomplishing various tasks
* Positive Attitude: Help us maintain an inclusive and supportive environment.
* Clear Police Check: Required before commencement.
* Warehouse Management System Understanding: Particularly Manhattan (beneficial but not essential).
* Safety Conscious: Commitment to prioritising safety in all operations.
