This leading Queensland-founded and based company is seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration Officer to join their team on a full-time basis. The role will be based in their Coopers Plains offices, which are located on the southside of Brisbane and offers onsite car parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the following:
- Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Reconciling bank and creditor accounts
- Preparing and processing payroll
- Payroll tax and superannuation
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS
- Providing administration support, including answering the phone
- Handling any queries via phone and email
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll and Bookkeeping
- Ability to work in a busy, varied position
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service
