Be part of a once-in-a-generation reform project! A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Change Analyst to support the delivery of a major financial systems transformation across the South Australian Government.
About the role:
Working within the Finance Reform Program, you'll play a key part in the transition from a legacy financial system to a modernised, Oracle-based solution. This role will support change planning, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of reform initiatives across government agencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of change strategies to support program outcomes
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand impacts and promote adoption
- Develop and deliver clear, targeted communications and change materials
- Identify risks and resistance to change, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support training and capability-building initiatives for impacted staff
- Monitor and report on change readiness and adoption metrics
- Work collaboratively across finance, ICT, and operational teams to support a smooth transition
About you:
- Previous experience as a Change Analyst or similar role in a complex project environment
- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale system implementations, ideally within government
- Proficiency in Oracle systems is essential
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes
- Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments
- A current National Police Clearance (mandatory)
