What can you expect to be doing?
As Learning Development Lead, you'll plan, coordinate and deliver a variety of learning initiatives that build strategic capabilities and inspire people to take charge of their career growth.
- Innovative Learning Journeys: Create, facilitate, and implement engaging face-to-face, blended, and eLearning solutions that resonate with our diverse team. Collaborate with experts to design and deliver tailored training programs, coordinate and review external training providers and partner with managers to identify challenges and create effective learning solutions.
- Empower our Leaders: Support and coach frontline leaders including the delivery of management and leadership training programs to equip them with the skills and confidence they need to excel and drive our mission of helping South Australians in need.
- Collaborate and Transform: Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the organisation, promoting a vibrant learning culture that supports the growth and development of all employees and volunteers.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and analyse our learning products, finding ways to enhance them and keep our training programs relevant and effective. Provide systems and operational support to keep our learning initiatives running smoothly and our LMS data up to date.
What do you need to bring?
- At least 3 years of L&D experience, with engaging facilitation skills and a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
- Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs, along with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Proficiency in using ELMO LMS (or similar), Power BI, Qualtrics, MS Forms, Articulate for instructional design, and MS 365 applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with external stakeholders.
