The Opportunity
Join Ventia’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team as a Senior Finance Analyst and play a key role in delivering high-impact insights to our Executive Leadership Team. This role supports monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, and drives strategic financial planning aligned with Ventia’s growth objectives.
As a central member of Group Finance, you’ll contribute to business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to improve understanding and drive results across the organisation. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the broader business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly Group financial reports and performance commentary
- Analyse project performance, overheads, cash flow, and forecasts
- Deliver quarterly reforecasts and project margin analysis
- Support the Annual Business Plan and ASX-related reporting
- Automate reporting using SAP, BPC, and Power BI
- Conduct ad hoc financial modelling and strategic analysis
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the business
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA or CPA qualified
- Proficient in SAP, BPC, Power BI, and Microsoft Suite
- Skilled in financial reporting, modelling, and analysis
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project accounting and translating financial information to non-financial stakeholders (preferred)
