About the role: Senior Program Governance Analyst – Customer Transformation (12 month contract)
Reporting into and working closely with the Program Delivery Lead, the Senior Program Governance Analyst will play a key role in supporting and enabling the delivery of our Customer Transformation Program. Working closely with the Workstream Leads, you will establish and own program governance & tracking, embedding strong controls and scope change management. Support the successful delivery of a large-scale Customer Transformation Program by working as part of the PMO team and closely with the multiple Workstreams Leads.
- Facilitate and support the program’s governance forums by collating meeting material ensuring timely preparation, capturing minutes, documenting decisions and actions with follow up and monitoring of outcomes.
- Partner with Program Management Office specialists i.e. the Master Scheduler and Workstream Leads to track the on-time delivery of program milestones and deliverables, ensuring appropriate review and approval is received.
- Coordination, tracking, monitoring, and document management of key program governance artifacts and registers
- Conduct data analysis and prepare program-level reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools to support informed decision-making.
- Draw on experience to provide end-to-end support across governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proactively identify and escalate gaps or risks in governance processes and implement improvements to enhance program efficiency and transparency.
- Provide support to Project Management Office and Delivery Leads where needed.
About You:
You’re a proactive and detail-oriented Program Governance Lead with experience supporting complex, multi-stream programs and thrive in dynamic environments. Additionally, you will have some of the following:
- Proven experience in a similar role supporting large-scale programs (not just single projects), ideally involving multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Operate with self-direction, driving initiatives independently, and takes ownership of outcomes
- Build collaborative interpersonal and stakeholder relationships with program team members, external vendors and other people across the organisation
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira for scheduling, tracking progress, and managing dependencies across complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret program data, with proficiency in Excel for reporting, dashboards, and insights.
- Experience facilitating or contributing to workshops, planning sessions, and team alignment activities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to identify delivery risks and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong ability to lead and influence stakeholders and the ability to communicate concepts to a wide audience
