As a member of the division’s leadership team, you will report directly to the Manager Infrastructure Project Delivery and apply your leadership, strategic and operations management capacity, best practice knowledge and hands-on approach to leading a project delivery team.

A degree in a relevant discipline OR diploma/trade qualification in a relevant discipline along with extensive experience and skills within a relevant industry (such as Engineering, Project or Contract Management, Building/Construction, etc.) is essential for this position, as well as proven highly developed leadership and management skills.

- Knowledge of project/contract management of multi-disciplinary infrastructure/construction projects
- High level leadership capability with the ability to foster positive team culture aligned to the organisations purpose and values
- Strong skills in decision making, negotiation, facilitation and problem solving to achieve best practice
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, engagement, performance management and retention
- Advanced computer literacy in a range of applications e.g. Microsoft Office, work flow, project management and record keeping systems
- Ability to manage a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills particularly written and verbal communication and Extensive experience developing, implementing and reviewing applicable Policies, Procedures and Guidelines to achieve process improvement
- Demonstrated experience in the preparation of contract documentation, technical specifications and assessment of quote/tender submissions
- A degree in a relevant discipline OR diploma/trade qualification in a relevant discipline along with extensive experience and skills within a relevant industry (such as Engineering, Project or Contract Management, Building/Construction, etc.)
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence
We are offering a salary range of $116,412 to $124,121 per annum, depending on skills and experience and:
- 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
