Fleet Allocator - Adelaide
The Opportunity
Due to significant growth and working with a major customer, we are looking for an experienced Fleet Allocator to join our Resources & Industrials division in Adelaide, SA.
Rotating Shift – 8 days on & 6 days off (Wednesday – Wednesday). Public Holidays & Weekends Included. Please note that this is a salaried full time permanent position.
As the Fleet Allocator, you will:
Plan, manage and facilitate the total fuel fleet scheduling and stock control activities for Toll’s contracts.
Responsible for the full management of driver availabilities and asset availabilities for the metro contracts.
Provide accurate and quantitative data in relation to contract KPI’s to the operational team daily
Responsibility for the planning and coordination through shift and driver management regarding the related activities for assigned contracts
Effective, timely and accurate reporting of all incidents to Toll Fuels & Gases and client
Provided back up support to Operations Manager
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Transport/Logistics/Fuel industry background mandatory.
A comprehensive knowledge of legislation and regulations, and fatigue management.
Intermediate/Advanced computer skills preferably with Microsoft office suite.
Inventory/Stock management with solid scheduling experience with fleet of comparable size.
A high degree of communication (both verbal & written) skills.
