About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and service-oriented Learning Advisor to join our Learning & Development team on a 12-month fixed term basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in learning and development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll work closely with experienced L&D professionals and a range of internal and external stakeholders to implement learning solutions that support capability development across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage learning and development projects
- Facilitate key programs, including corporate induction
- Support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives
- Coordinate implementation of learning solutions across compliance, safety, and leadership development
- Ensure quality control and alignment with program objectives
- Manage reporting and data analysis to measure impact
- Liaise with external training providers
- Maintain and support the Learning Management System (LMS)

You’ll bring
- Qualifications in Business, HR, Learning & Development, or equivalent experience
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Experience managing projects using formal methodologies and digital tools
- Exposure to implementing training programs
- Strong writing and documentation skills for diverse audiences
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Strong technology literacy and comfort with digital platforms
Essential Requirements:
- You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.

- Flexibility to travel across Sydney Water sites as required.
