Are you passionate about helping people embrace change and making technology work better for everyone?
At WALGA, we’re looking for a Technology Projects Change Coordinator to lead change management efforts across our technology initiatives. You’ll be the bridge between technical teams and end users, ensuring that new systems and updates are understood, adopted, and celebrated.
In addition, you’ll be coordinating WALGA’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You’ll be the go-to person for CRM support, training, and continuous improvement, helping staff get the most out of the system and ensuring it evolves to meet changing business needs.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
What your weeks will look like?
No two weeks are the same in this dynamic role. One day, you might be developing and driving a change management plan to support the rollout of a new feature of an information management system . The next, you could be delivering training to staff or coordinating communications with the Marketing team to ensure messaging is aligned and engaging.
You’ll manage WALGA’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM, supporting users, resolving issues, and promoting system functionality across the organisation. You’ll also collaborate with the Technology team and other stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are well-planned, well-communicated, and well-received.
This role blends change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and CRM coordination, all in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Let’s talk about you!
You’re a natural communicator and collaborator, with a knack for making complex changes feel simple and achievable.
You’ll bring:
• Experience in change management methodologies (PROSCI preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in delivering project Change Management across a small to medium-sized organisation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Skills in designing and delivering adult learning resources
• A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
