Waves Fitness and Aquatic Centre, located in the Hills Shire Council area, is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Pool Lifeguards to maintain daily pool operations, water safety management, and provide a safe and enjoyable environment for customers through supervision. Our award-winning complex includes a 10-lane 50m outdoor Olympic-sized pool, additional 25m outdoor pool and two indoor learn to swim and leisure pools, along with a water play area.

What this role looks like:
- Assist with pool supervision of pool bookings, school carnivals, internal programs.
- Ensure daily operations are carried out according to the venue operations manual.
- Provide quality customer service by performing lifeguarding, assisting/directing patrons.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Holds valid First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)
- Working with Children’s Check (WWC)
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate

Competitive rates of pay starting at $40.08 per hour, (including casual loading and excluding superannuation). Junior casual rates applicable for under 19 years of age.
