About the role
Love the buzz of live events? Thrive under pressure and get a thrill from seeing everything come together on the big day? This is your chance to join the team behind some of the Coffs Coast's most exciting sporting, cultural, and civic events!
We're on the hunt for
two driven Event Coordinators to help deliver everything from national sporting fixtures at
C.ex Coffs International Stadium, to major festivals, civic celebrations, community gatherings and business events that put Coffs Harbour on the map.
What you'll be doing:
- Driving end-to-end event delivery - from planning and logistics to budgets, risk management, suppliers, and on-the-ground action.
- Working with passionate stakeholders and partners to make every event seamless and memorable.
- Building the capacity of event organisers across the Coffs Coast with your expertise and guidance.
- Making sure every detail is covered - rosters, volunteers, catering, traffic, security, you name it.
- Helping shape the future of events through strategies, bids, and new initiatives.

What you'll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Event/Tourism Management (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in major, civic, sporting, or commercial event coordination.
- A people person with outstanding communication and stakeholder skills.
- Super organised, tech-savvy, and cool under pressure.
- A current Class C Driver Licence.
(Bonus points if you've got an RSA, First Aid, or Whitecard!)

- Starting salary on offer from around $96K + 12% superannuation
