THE JOB
Council is seeking someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is keen to positively contribute to the presentation and useability of town amenities to join our Tumbarumba Town Services Team.
This position involves the maintenance of public areas such as parks, gardens, and sporting fields, operating machinery like mowers and trucks, and performing general maintenance tasks to ensure town infrastructure and environments are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing for locals and visitors to enjoy.

THE LOCATION
Snowy Valleys Council is a scenic and heritage rich local government area in the South-West Slopes region of New South Wales which spans 8959km
2 with approximately 15,000 residents living in a number of vibrant and unique towns, villages and rural properties. It is a perfect location for families and those seeking a tree change to a more relaxed and affordable lifestyle whilst still having access to a wide range of leisure options, shopping, education and employment.
THE BENEFITS
- This is a permanent full time position working 76 hours/fortnight on a 9 day/fortnight arrangement
- This position salary range is $2,265.40 to $2,549.80 per fortnight (gross) plus 12% superannuation Salary offered within the range will be based on qualifications, skills and experience
