Focus of the Role
As the IT Asset Administrator, your role is pivotal in managing the full lifecycle of IT assets across TCS sites, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, compliance with audit requirements, and timely provisioning and recovery of equipment.

A taste of what the role entails:
Maintain accurate records of all IT assets (laptops, docking stations, headsets, tokens, etc.) using internal tracking systems and Power BI dashboards.
Coordinate asset provisioning for new hires, including tagging, documentation, and handover.
Manage asset returns, replacements, and lease-end processing in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with asset accountability protocols, including gate pass issuance and return documentation.
Support the IT support team by preparing devices for deployment and assisting with configuration and imaging.
Monitor and report on asset utilization, shortages, and surpluses to support procurement planning.
Collaborate with business support and finance teams for audit readiness and policy alignment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for asset-related queries and escalations at the assigned site.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Essential Qualifications
1+ years of experience in IT asset management or inventory control.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with asset tracking tools, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Excel/Power BI.
Experience in a BPO or enterprise IT environment is a plus.
