The Role
Reporting to the Coordinator, Customer
Experience and based in Windsor, this fast-paced position is located within the
Customer Service Centre, where the team manages a high volume of internal and
external enquiries across telephone, email, and face-to-face channels, while
maintaining a strong commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
to all stakeholders.
About You
You will be a highly motivated individual who has excellent
interpersonal skills. You are results orientated and have a flexible approach
to problem solving. You will be adept at building and maintaining collaborative
relationships and will have a demonstrated background in a Customer Service
Centre environment and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Criteria
- TAFE /
Business College Certificate in Business Administration or Customer Service or
extensive customer service experience
- Previous Customer Service Call Centre
experience
- Touch typing data entry experience
- Demonstrated administration skills using MS
Office applications
- Previous experience cashiering, including end
of day reconciliations
- Ability to understand and interpret maps and
plans
- Demonstrated history of effective and
efficient management of customer complaints
- Demonstrated competence interacting and
working with stakeholders at all levels to deliver outcomes
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- The right to live and work in Australia
- Successful applicants will be required to
undergo background (police) checks and medical declaration
