We are looking for someone to support the newly established role of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workforce Lead, within the ACT Office of the Chief Allied Health Officer. You will support and provide insight to projects associated with the finalisation and implementation of the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workforce Action Plan. This will include the opportunity to work with and provide secretariat support to the ACT First Nations Health Workforce Collaborative.
You will have demonstrated ability to build, develop and sustain relationships and partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders, including the health workforce, health leadership, the Aboriginal Community Controlled Sector, education providers and Communities.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
- This is an Identified position in accordance with Section 27(4) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 and is only open to an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural identity is considered essential and therefore confirmation of cultural identity may be requested.
- Health related qualifications and/or experience across health-related sectors, including the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector preferrable but not essential.
