What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals who are:
- Experienced in general office administration and confident using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear and professional communicators – both written and verbal
- Respect for confidentiality and community values
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
What You’ll Be Doing:
In a typical administration role at PMHC, you may:
- Provide admin and clerical support
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage records and prepare reports
- Support diary and email management
- Deliver excellent customer service

Remuneration and Benefits
Employment Type: Roles offered could be permanent, temporary (6 or 12 months) or part-time
Salary (exclusive of super): Roles start at $66,577 per annum plus 12% superannuation with the opportunity for competency-based progression.
